If you have a passion for culture, religion and ancient history, our incredible 7-Night 3 Continents Cruise is an exciting adventure you simply cannot miss. In addition to calling at some of our stunning Aegean destinations, this fantastic all-inclusive cruise takes you to the famous Pyramids in Egypt and the Holy Land of Israel, enabling you to touch three different continents and explore some of the world’s most intriguing ports. And let’s not forget that you’ll get to sail aboard Celestyal Crystal, a mid-sized cruise ship that’s designed to provide homely comfort, personalized services and lifetime experiences.

Our 3 Continents Cruise is one extraordinary journey that lets you discover 7 must-visit destinations and endless iconic attractions across Europe, Asia and Africa. Your adventure starts in Piraeus, the historic port of Athens and a lively area that’s well-loved for its shops, museums, pretty neighborhoods and superb array of bars, cafes and restaurants. When here, you can take in thousands of years of history by visiting the ancient ruins and most treasured sites of Athens, such as the mighty Acropolis and the one and only Parthenon. Once you’ve finished exploring the capital of Greece, you must head back to the port to board your cruise ship, the elegant Celestyal Crystal.

You’ll begin your cruise with a memorable day at sea, meaning you’ll have plenty of time to get to know your vessel and enjoy all kinds of on-board services and amenities. With so many games, classes, contests, shows and music performances to keep you entertained, there’s never a dull moment onboard Celestyal Crystal. You can, of course, also find plenty of quiet spots on the ship to kick back and relax away from the action.

The first stop is Alexandria, the capital of Egypt and a destination that boasts a wonderful mix of history and modernity. This is where you’ll join a full-day guided excursion - the Classic Cairo – that journeys to Cairo to allow you to see the Pyramid of Giza and the Great Sphinx before tucking into a delicious lunch at a top 5-star hotel. Then, you’ll venture into the heart of Cairo to visit the National Archaeological Museum that houses well over one hundred thousand artifacts of ancient Egypt, including pottery, jewelry, mummies and King Tutankhamen’s treasures. This free excursion also takes you to the Papyrus Institute, where you can browse and purchase a wide range of beautiful hand-painted papyrus prints. If you prefer, you can book ‘The Pyramids and the Nile in Style’ excursion, which includes a cruise along the Nile, a buffet meal with belly dancers and a trip to the Alabaster Mosque of Muhammed Ali.

But this isn’t the end of your time in Egypt. Once you’ve completed your excursion into Cairo, you’ll travel to Port Said to admire mansions, 19th-century colonial consulates and the 56-meter tall octagonal lighthouse. You can’t beat a walk along the beautifully lit Corniche, which offers lots of shops and restaurants, as well as unparalleled views of the magnificent Suez Canal. After a couple of hours of wandering, you’ll re-embark your cruise ship in Port Said.

When you wake up the next morning, you’ll find yourself in Ashdod, Israel’s busiest port located halfway between Tel Aviv and Gaza. There’s plenty to do and see in Ashdod, and you can choose to explore the area on your own or join our half-day excursion that takes you to see the ancient port city of Jaffa and the bustling metropolis of Tel Aviv. Jaffa is packed with amazing historical sites, mosques, museums and galleries, and it boasts a decent flea market and a fabulous selection of authentic street food establishments. You’ll then go to Tel Aviv, a city full of charm and wonders, like the Church of St Peter and the very popular oriental Carmel Market. If you’d rather see Jerusalem and Bethlehem, you can do a full-day tour that takes you to the most sacred sites in these holy cities.

On day 5, you’ll get better acquainted with Limassol, a lively destination on the stunning island of Cyprus. Limassol Old Town is the heart of the city and a place of winding narrow streets, sandstone buildings and a medieval castle. As you walk around this area, you’ll discover a town full of markets and boutiques, plus you’ll get to learn more about Cyprus’s culture and history. Limassol is also home to a 14th-century medieval fort, the Curium Archaeological Park and some of the best wine-growing villages on the island, so there’s something to suit all tastes and interests. Alternatively, venture out of the city for a day trip to see the UNESCO city of Pafos (Paphos) and its archaeological gems.

You’ll be able to make the most of your time onboard your cruise ship before arriving at the picturesque Greek island of Rhodes the very next day. A destination that captivates all those who visit its shores, Rhodes is full to the brim of things to do and it has fantastic sightseeing attractions, most of which can be found at the historic Knights’ Quarter in the Old Town. Our 7 Night 3 Continents Cruise includes a free medieval tour – Acropolis of Lindos and the Citadel of the Knights – but we do have a range of optional shore excursions available including a walking tour in the city, a visit to the Philerimos Church and the Palace of the Knights, and a Tsambika Beach transfer. The Acropolis that sits high above Lindos is considered a must-see, and Rhodes has some amazing beaches if you decide to spend some time by the clear blue Aegean Sea.

Then it’s time to tick Kusadasi in Turkey off the list. When you arrive at this beach resort town, you’ll be greeted by a seafront promenade and harbor bustling with shops and eateries. Kusadasi also has one of the best covered bazaars on the Turkish coast, with products ranging from handbags and shoes to jewelry, carpets and furniture. One of the town’s biggest draws is its proximity to the famous ancient city of Ephesus, which is another complimentary excursion included in the cruise fare. After your tour, your transfer bus will take you back to the marina so that you can relax in one of the seaside bars or indulge in some retail therapy.

Celestyal Crystal leaves Kusadasi in the evening to head back to Piraeus for disembarkation the following morning, but your week onboard isn’t over until the ship arrives at the port in Athens. This means you can carry on enjoying all-inclusive meals and drinks, entertainment, the casino, discos and our additional services, along with our comfortable lounge bars and promenade decks.

The team understands that travel isn’t just about destinations, it’s also about the experiences, which is why our attentive staff go to great lengths to make sure you have the most memorable cruise vacation. We should also mention that you can book 2019 and 2020 departures, and there is one Christmas cruise and one New Year cruise to enable you to join us onboard during the festive season.
